RepackIt provides the following features: AI-powered analysis and scoring of YouTube video packaging (title and thumbnail), AI-generated thumbnail concepts based on narrative frameworks, performance tracking through YouTube channel data retrieved via the YouTube API (read-only access), and packaging history with score evolution over time.
The service is provided "as is." RepackIt does not guarantee any specific result in terms of views, click-through rate, or audience growth. The tools are designed to support the creator's decision-making, not to replace it.
To use RepackIt, the user must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and for all activity that occurs under it. Each account is personal and may not be shared with or transferred to third parties.
RepackIt accesses certain YouTube channel data through Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol with the user's explicit consent. Access is limited to read-only statistics including impressions, click-through rate, and per-video performance. RepackIt cannot publish, modify, or delete any content on the user's YouTube channel.
The user may revoke access at any time from their Google account settings.
RepackIt's use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Access to RepackIt's features is subject to a paid subscription. Pricing plans and their respective feature limits are described on the pricing page of the website.
Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. RepackIt does not collect or store any banking data. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date.
Each subscription plan includes defined usage quotas for packaging analyses, scans, and thumbnail generations. These limits are enforced per billing period. Attempts to circumvent usage limits, automate access beyond normal use, or abuse the service may result in account suspension.
The RepackIt platform, including its design, algorithms, scoring frameworks, and all associated content, is the exclusive intellectual property of the company that publishes the service.
The user retains full ownership of the content they create or upload through the platform, including video titles and any data imported from their YouTube channel. AI-generated thumbnail concepts produced by the platform are provided to the user for their unrestricted use in connection with their YouTube content.
The user agrees to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. The user shall not: use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the platform's algorithms or proprietary methods, resell or redistribute access to the service without prior written authorization, or submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
RepackIt shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of data, or interruption of business.
In all cases, RepackIt's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
RepackIt strives to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability. RepackIt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.
The user may terminate their account at any time through the platform's billing management interface. RepackIt may suspend or terminate a user's account in the event of a breach of these Terms, with prior notice when circumstances permit. Upon termination, the user's data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from the use of the service shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
RepackIt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The last updated date at the top of this document is revised with each modification. Continued use of the service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. In the event of a material change, users will be notified by email.
